I have become fascinated with Lucid Dreaming of late. In fact, I have become so fascinated with Lucid Dreaming that I have decided to try it out.
Lucid Dreaming is the ability to realise, when having a dream, that we are indeed dreaming. This realisation is said to open up infinite possibilities for us. Once we master the art of lucid dreaming, we can control our dream surroundings and characters. We can literally experience the life of our dreams right within our - well, dreams. ;)
Anyway, now that I have decided to be a Lucid Dreamer, I need to follow the steps to become one. As a first step, I need to improve my dream recall so I will know when I wake up if I indeed had a lucid dream. :)
Well my hubby is already daily pestered with detailed stories of my dreams as I can recall my dreams with reasonable detail almost every time; sometimes more than one dream a night. I have always been able to do this, right from school days - my school friends can vouch for lots of lunch breaks when I described them the details of my latest dream :)
Anyway, the point is, I shall be keeping a dream journal from now own, and record every dream I can recall, however fragmented it may be :)
Also, tomorrow I shall be uploading an article about Lucid Dreaming - what it is, why you would want to do that, and also how to go about it if you decide that you want to have it too :)
So watch the Activities page tomorrow for my Lucid Dreaming article link! :)
Cheers,
Gayathri.
